Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Talenfra website (the “Site”), operated by Mohd Aqib, a sole proprietor trading as Talenfra (“Talenfra”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes our services, packages, and indicative pricing. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any actual engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, and price — is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work) signed by both parties. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content except as permitted by law

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, logo, graphics, and code — are owned by Talenfra or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the Site for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is addressed in the relevant signed agreement (typically transferring on full payment).

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Performance figures, benchmarks, and examples shown on the Site are illustrative and not guarantees; results vary by role volume, ATS setup, and application quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talenfra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, scheduling or video tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
